Privacy Policy

Short summary of how we handle booking data. Full policy coming later.

• When you book, we store your name, phone, optional email, appointment details, and a cancellation code so you and the salon can manage the visit.
• We do not sell your data. Salon staff only see customers for their own salon. Email confirmations/reminders are sent only if you provide an email (no SMS in the pilot).
• You may ask the salon to access, correct, or anonymize (erase) your customer record. Platform operators process data as a processor for the salon and as controller for admin accounts and security logs.
